A respected educator, Dr. Rana enjoys mentoring medical students and residents, contributing to their development in the field. She has played a key role in the obstetrics and gynecology department at Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital, serving as department chair for six years and actively participating in various hospital committees.

During her residency, she distinguished herself as chief resident and received the prestigious Gell’s Award for academic excellence for two consecutive years. Recognized by her peers, she has been honored as TopDoc Phoenix 2025 in women’s health.

Dr. Rana finds fulfillment in both her professional and personal life. She is happily married to her husband of 23 years, an internal medicine physician, and together they share the joy of raising their two children.
